Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As each mask is handcrafted, processing times may vary during high-demand periods. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. These prices are general prices for masks size parcel. Prices may varie considering weight and volume.

International Shipping
We ship to 26 countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East, including Australia, Japan, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, and more. International rates are calculated at checkout via Canada Post based on the weight and destination of your order.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. Krown 3D Masks is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
