Our masks come in standard sizes and are intentionally made slightly larger to ensure a comfortable fit for most people. If you believe you have a smaller face (for example: a child/teen) or a larger face, please mention it when placing your custom order so we can take this into account during the making of your mask. Also, all our wearable masks come with an adjustable strap for further adjustment.

To order a custom mask, please fill the custom mask form or send us an email at Krown.design.creation@gmail.com with a link or image that serves as a visual reference (photo, screenshot, drawing, or AI-generated image).

Making a standard mask takes 4–7 days. Creating a custom mask takes about 1 month, as it involves more complex processes and personalized adjustments.

Yes, sure. Just send us a description or image of the painting design and we will help you create a unique design.

Use a soft cloth for cleaning and avoid exposure to chemicals. Store the mask in a dry place and protect it from direct sunlight.

All our masks are handmade to order within 4–6 days, after which they are packaged and shipped to you. The tracking number should be sent automatically within 5–7 days of ordering the mask. If you have issues tracking your mask, please email us at Krown.design.creation@gmail.com.

Since our masks are made to order, returns are only possible if there is a defect or error on our part. Please contact us to discuss possible options.
